The Solidarity Fund, an initiative of FUNDAEC’s Preparation for Social Action (PSA) program, was created to support young people who are deeply committed to the well-being of their communities. Its mission is twofold: to open pathways to higher education and vocational training, and to foster active engagement in community service projects that drive collective progress.

Offering seminars, short courses, and training in areas such as regenerative agriculture, environmental stewardship, and social transformation. These opportunities build specialized skills while reinforcing a spirit of service.

Encouraging systematic involvement in initiatives that directly benefit local communities, helping youth put their learning into action while strengthening bonds of solidarity.

Providing essential resources to cover tuition, study materials, transportation, and meals, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent motivated youth from pursuing education and service.
Through this initiative, FUNDAEC nurtures a new generation of leaders—young men and women who see themselves not merely as students or professionals, but as promoters of community well-being, weaving together academic knowledge, professional growth, and a lifelong commitment to social transformation.
